I Can Love
In this unit, the children are encouraged to begin to sense and respond to the needs and concerns of others. Through parent and teacher modeling, stories about others' needs, and dramatizing acts of kindness, young children learn to xpress love for others. Teaching children about Christian attitudes and actions such as loving, helping, and sharing is a valuable part of their faith and moral education because it paves the way for the development of virtue in their lives.
Knowledge Focus: Children reflect on all the ways they have grown and changed during the year.
