A Funtime with a Language Arts Review
The 5B students had a funtime with this language review lesson. The lesson was a review of nouns, subjects, linking verbs, adjectives, prepositional phrase, the object of the prepositional phrase, alliteration, and similes In class the students wrote different parts of the simile without other students knowing who wrote which part. The students put their parts in differnt bags and each student took turns pulling out one of the parts. This was done until everyone had 3 different parts from 3 different students. The 3 parts were put together to create one new and funny simile. The students used Glogster to illustrate the simile. Take a look.
